To Sign Up for Free mammograms RSVP with your contact information. Our monthly community health & resource event also includes farm to family free produce! We have been approved to re-open Wed. Dec. 2, 2020. In accordance with State and City regulations to ensure the health and safety of our community, you must wear a mask and practice 6" feet social distancing.
